DHCF aims to make digital health infrastructure as reliable and accessible as essential utilities, laying a foundation for seamless health technology that benefits patients, health and care professionals, digital professionals, and policymakers alike.

Patients encounter limited access to digital tools, while health and care ecosystem stakeholders, including both clinical and digital professionals, face inefficiencies and inconsistencies in the current systems
